Throughout history there have been many creatures detailed throughout many different religions, stories, and folklore. This website will seek to educate the reader about the many different mythological creatures from Norse, Greek, and Celtic mythology. Each webpage will focus on one mythology and describe 3 creatures from each. These descriptions will outline the different stories about these creatures, where they were found, as well as various facts about them. They will also contain pictures depicting these creatures as well as other forms of media.
The different creatures focused on in this webpage will be Jörmungandr The World Serpent, Nidhogg The dragon, and Fenrir Son of Loki for Norse mythology on page 1. Cerberus The watchdog of the Underworld, The Lernaean Hydra, and the Chimera for Greek mythology on page 2. The Water Kelpie, Dullahan, and the Banshee for Celtic mythology on page 3.
